Both the Strawberry Banana and the Berry Delicious smoothies are sooooo good!!!
I usually add 1 cup celery and 1 c cucumber with 1 tablespoon olive oil and a couple pinches of tumeric and cinnamon.
This gives me my veggies, healthy oils, and anti-inflammatory supplements.

Love these shakes just add water and go
