The nutritional numbers are within my parameters. It tastes good, and the ingredients seem kind of natural and not super-processed. No soy, etc. And the price is decent. So, 2 thumbs up. :)

I am on a weight loss program through my insurance company and eat this bar, alternating meals with milkshakes and soup. I now eat just the bars 7 days a week 5 times a day. I pay $200.00 per on this program for the bars. Recently they ran out of the Cocoa bars yet I still have to pay the $200.00 and choose an alternative meal replacement. Thanks to Fitwise Nutrition for having these bars in stock; these bars have helped me to lose 33 pounds in three months. I love these bars so much and look forward to eating in place of a meal. Taste as yummy or if not better than a snickers bar.

This shake is a little sweeter than the vanilla. It is thicker as it can be made into a pudding or shake. I would recommend.
Shake meets my nutrition needs. It tastes great and is very satisfying. I often will use it as a creamer or to make my coffee into a latte.
